“I tried life coaching as a way to look at life differently, manage anxiety and sadness, and improve my relationships. From the very first session, I found answers to my questions and struggles. Julie gave me life-changing tools. To me, coaching is unlike counseling. My emotional progress and relationships are improving more than I could have hoped. I am learning to think differently and manage my motherhood, marriage, general frustrations, sadness, guilt, and shame. I feel lighter and more joyful now. Coaching with Julie is like talking with a good friend who lends valuable insight and presents options for change. She helps me recognize how my thoughts, emotions, actions all connect to produce my results. Julie is both energizing and calming. She comes with real-life experience as a wife and mother and is very relatable. Coaching with her eases my anxiety and has been a beautiful experience. Thank you, Julie!”
